TERMS OF USE
Terms for using SpotBitBot.
Last updated: 17 September 2026. By creating an account or using SpotBitBot, you agree to these terms with S&S Tech Studio.
1. The service
SpotBitBot provides spot-market research, configurable monitoring and simulated PAPER portfolio tools. The current service does not execute real trades, custody assets, provide an exchange account or accept deposits.
2. Informational simulation
Content, indicators, estimates, alerts and PAPER outcomes are provided for informational and educational simulation purposes. They are not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and they are not recommendations or guarantees.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate registration information, keep your password confidential, use a unique password and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account until you notify us.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, probe or bypass access controls, disrupt infrastructure, automate abusive requests, impersonate others, upload malicious material, or use SpotBitBot in violation of applicable law.
5. Availability and change
SpotBitBot is under active development. Features may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn. Market data and third-party services can be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. We do not guarantee continuous access or preservation of every simulated record.
6. Intellectual property
SpotBitBot branding, software, interface and original content are owned by S&S Tech Studio or used with permission. These terms do not transfer ownership rights to users.
7. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or close accounts that violate these terms, create security risk, abuse the service or must be restricted by law. You may request account deletion at any time using our published process.
8. Risk and responsibility
You are responsible for how you interpret or use information from SpotBitBot. Never commit real funds based solely on a PAPER result. Review the risk disclosure before using the service.
