ACCOUNT DELETION
Delete your SpotBitBot account.
Android users can permanently delete an account inside the app. A verified manual option remains available if you cannot access the app.
Delete in the Android app
- Sign in and open Account & security.
- Under Danger zone, choose Delete my account.
- Enter your current password, type your exact username and acknowledge that deletion is permanent.
- Choose Permanently delete account. The app signs out after deletion completes.
If you cannot access the app
- Email c.sstechstudio@gmail.com with the subject “SpotBitBot account deletion request”.
- Include your SpotBitBot username and say that you want the account deleted.
- Do not send your password, authentication token, exchange credentials, private key or recovery phrase.
- We will reply with non-secret account-verification steps and confirm when processing is complete.
Data deleted with the account
Deletion removes account data and associated PAPER workspace records, including bot configurations and states, virtual wallet and portfolio records, simulated positions, orders, trades, decisions, alerts, notifications, active authentication sessions and registered browser or Android notification devices.
Data that may be retained
Limited records may be retained when reasonably required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution or backup integrity. Retained data is restricted to those purposes and removed or de-identified when the retention need ends.
Before you request deletion
Account deletion is intended to be permanent. You will lose access to the username, bots, virtual wallet, saved decisions and PAPER history. If you only want to stop notifications, disable them or unregister the notification device instead of deleting the account.
