Answers for the current PAPER release.
SpotBitBot is evolving. These answers describe the current product boundary and available support path.
How do I create an account?
Use the account creation page. Choose a username and a password of at least 12 characters. Email is not required during registration.
Can SpotBitBot trade real funds?
No. The current release uses virtual USDT and simulated orders only. It does not request exchange credentials or transfer assets.
Do bots keep monitoring when I close the app?
Eligible bot evaluations run on the SpotBitBot server, so configured monitoring does not depend on leaving the browser or Android app open. Service availability is not guaranteed.
Why did a bot not create a PAPER order?
A strategy may remain watching, reject a setup, encounter a safety or eligibility condition, or be in cooldown. Review the saved state and decision record for context.
How do notifications work?
Browser and Android notifications are optional and require permission. They can report selected informational events and settled PAPER fills; they cannot initiate orders.
Can I recover a forgotten password?
Self-service password recovery is not available in the current release. Contact support and never send your existing password.
How do I delete my account?
Follow the account deletion instructions. The current release uses a manual support request and verification process.
